Shop Policies
Clients are not permitted to stay during their pet's grooming session. As much as I understand and respect protective pet parents, it is distracting to both myself and the pet being groomed.
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled
appointments will not be accepted. A $25 'No Show' fee must be paid before
rescheduling. Clients are welcome to drop off their pets
earlier than their scheduled appointment time.
Clients needing to cancel or reschedule their appointments must do so by
6:00pm the night prior. No-shows or last minute cancellations will be
charged a $25 fee to be paid before scheduling your next appointment. Exceptions will be considered for emergencies and illness.
